Hi Gents and Ladies,

I was wondering it there s a kml (Google Maps) file of your projects that might be made available? Would be useful to know exactly where the initiatives live.

Thanks, Paul

    Hi Paul,

The latest maps, showing all the projects and partners can be found here:
    http://akvo.org/web/map_partners_projects

Below the maps you can find links to the maps on the Google Maps site. "View Akvo projects in a larger map" it says right below the map, for example.

When you go to the full size maps on the Google Maps site then you can get the kml file by clicking on the link, just above the map, View in Google Earth.

These maps were created by hand, but we are just in the process of testing a new feature, which will automatically place projects and partners on maps, as the projects and partners are entered into the Akvo RSR system. We expect these new features to be available during the autumn. We have a major release coming up, where this is included.

    Hope that answers your question.

    Best regards

    Thomas
